      Fast-paced and dynamic — things move quickly, which can feel overwhelming at times if you’re not used to startup speed. Processes are still evolving (as with most growing startups), so you need to be adaptable and comfortable with change.

      Pros

      I love working at Levanta. From day one, I’ve felt empowered with the autonomy to truly own my role and function. There’s so much opportunity for ownership here, and it’s exciting to build from scratch and see your work come to life in meaningful ways. What makes Levanta stand out is the culture of collaboration and teamwork. There’s constant cross-functional partnership, and the people genuinely make this place what it is. Add to that an amazing quality of life and a work-from-anywhere policy that’s been a total game changer, and it really feels like the stars aligned for me to end up here. Levanta is a place where new ideas are encouraged, impact is visible, and you’re trusted to drive results.
