      Platform has some nice features Few big name clients

      Cons

      -No job security and transparency. CEO said company is healthy and has runway and is about to raise money and then does layoffs the next month. Current employees are told nothing afterwards and have to pretend everything is good. - lack of product and sales direction. Leadership cannot sell product and talks about trying to acquire other companies and then lays off employees. Very confusing. - constantly releasing stuff with bugs. Engineers are not doing enough QA

      The company has strong momentum and a compelling vision for future growth with a new CEO joining in Nov 2022 with extensive GTM leadership experience in manufacturing and enterprise solutions. New platform features are regularly being launched further differentiating the unique insights the company's platform provides sourcing teams to drive cost savings and mitigate risks down to the part level.

      Fast paced culture with the expectation that you will constantly deliver results and continuously add value so it’s important that you are up for the challenge to be successful.

      Good former CEO Great place to work until 2021

      Arrogant CEO Old boys club at the top with just a little hint of….. If former CEO had more emotional intelligence to see what was coming and fire the C-suite leaders that ran his company in the ground, the company wouldn’t be where it is now. No place for non-tech minorities and women They keep their informants in Hyderabad
