Pros

- Strong recent momentum: after multiple iterations, Lev has finally honed in on a scalable SaaS strategy with a strong data moat and predictable revenue streams - Product innovation: the company seems to be launching game-changing new features every month, which is exciting - Flat structure, high ownership: there’s limited bureaucracy - if you have an idea, you can run with it. Everyone’s voice matters. - Scrappy culture: works best for self-starters who thrive in a fast-moving environment where they can have significant impact - Friendly team culture with great work-life balance

Cons

- Growing pains: while the company has found its footing, there’s still a lot of work to be done, which is the case for any fast growing startup - Not for those who need a lot of structure and guidance: Lev is still evolving, and processes are constantly changing, which can be frustrating for those who need very clear guidelines - Non-traditional career paths: titles matter less here, and career progression isn’t always linear. Growth mostly comes from impact rather than promotion cycles.

Really good benefits Very fair salary Intelligent coworkers Work hard play hard was real--camaraderie and team was positive. People actually took their PTO

Cons

Unclear direction/vision High turnover --they let people go fast and often; never felt safe, even when I was told I was doing great. Pushing AI for the sake of AI instead of ROI Micromanaging
