      -Small company and hence friendly nature among team member -Learn lot of things

      Cons

      -After Flipkart took Letsbuy, scenario has been changed drastically. -60% technology already have resigned rest are planning -No a single response from Flipkart mgmt -Will not recommend to join this venture for next one year
