      Pros

      The founder is a joy to work with - he is supportive, wise, and excited about the business. Nearly free healthcare. Pretty location.

      Cons

      Awful morale, slow as molasses, way behind the curve - they make money by accident! A stepping stone for a title, not somewhere you want to stay very long.

      Nice work atmosphere, supportive management.

      Cons

      Yearly raises are between 1-3% and not given often. Managers are encouraged to keep raises low. There is no real promotional or advancement paths available.
