Pros
The Culture is like none other! Coming from a very sales driven industry, I was very skeptical in changing career paths. I will say Letco Medical has made it not only a wonderful transition but a great place to wake up and go to work. Management is nothing but helpful in ensuring success in all of its employees. I am a very driven individual and what is great is Letco seems just as driven in me! Letco not only makes the environment amazing but has wonderful employee benefits like great time off, very family oriented, vacation, pto and great healthcare for its employees. Also as the company grows, so do the employees in the sense that there always seems to be room to move up and do better.
