Formerly great place going a bit downhill - Anonymous employee Let's Talk Science Employee Review

The restructuring mentioned in a previous review is causing the organization to get very disjointed. Many of the values that made it great like work life balance and actually listening to the employees seem to be getting lost in the pursuit of growth. Really hope they can turn it around.
