Pros
Highly-collaborative work environment where account team/strategists, and designers work together to solve client problems. Everyone has a great attitude, cares deeply about the work and clients, and is happy to work as a team. It's a small company so it feels like a family in many ways. I've really enjoyed working here.
Cons
Like any agency, the hours can be long when there are a lot of projects taking place simultaneously. The autonomy/level of responsibility required of account staff isn't for everyone.
