Pros

The pay can be enticing, but expect all departments to be revolving doors.

Cons

All departments are revolving doors, no one sticks around for too long. The ones who have been there for years are either share holders or family friends. Very much an environment with favoritism and toxic male behavior. This company is known for periodic layoffs.
