      So long as you do your job well, the admins will have your back 110% and take care of any issues that may arise. They really value their instructors.

      Cons

      Some of the lesson addresses were far apart since LOTG tries to service a large area. Take into consideration gas expense and travel time.

      Pros

      Amazing company that puts its staff first. They want everyone from the teachers to the students to be happy and successful. Really easy to get started and felt like you were your own boss with the backing of a company behind you! Fantastic place to work.

      Cons

      Many students are only free on weekends / evenings so often times your working during those times.

      Flexible Hours, high rate per hour, and great management team that gives unlimited support.

      None that I can think of. This really is a great place for music teachers to work.
