      Pros

      Company does what it can to help employees in all aspects of work and home life. Benefits are good, pay is above average, and leadership is improving. The GM is one smart guy. Many don't like him because he has a no nonsense attitude towards getting the job done. All in all, we're here to do a job, get things sold, shipped and counted.

      Cons

      Too many complainers. Obviously these people have been here for a long time and when you're so NOT used to change, taking away a fan can devastate you, but they need to grow up and remember that the grass is NOT always greener on the other side. Don't believe me?, Try it. There are a lot of meetings and I think more work could be done without them.

      Pros

      I have been employed here at Leslie for about 8 months. In this time period I have seen a change in Mgmt and I can see that I am hopeful and excited for what the future holds for Leslie Controls. The Machinist are awesome guys! Since I get to work all around with different departments and involved with the events committee I can see that we will work on recognition of the employees and boost the moral that is needed. Good things are to come and you have to give it time to show.

      Cons

      Some Managers in place need to spend more time with their team, then running around in meetings all the time. Less meetings and more actions! temp to perm transition is a little lengthy.
