      Pros

      You will definitely learn a life time experience here by dealing such a creep managment.

      Cons

      They hire people and make them believe that they really had a great vision in the life . But then within few months you realise you are trapped .. for like six month you work like hell and suddenly they fired you by saying and tell you we have a lala setup . We don't care about taxes and all.
