Pros
Initially it was a great place to work. Co-workers and supervisors were friendly and helpful. Benefits were OK and they have a 401K. Security throughout the building improved dramatically. A few of the managers were OK.
Cons
In the end, it did not matter how hard you worked for the company or how long. One of the manager's that was there for a long time was given her walking papers (one of the only ones that actually cared about the company and staff). There was no direction from anyone as all were terrified of being the next one out the door, since seniority nor performance were considered. If you came in and worked non-stop it did not matter.
