      Pros

      Telecom player are client and you get good and challenging projects.

      Cons

      HR is too diplomatic, they even won't care about company policy and anyhow try to deduct salary on ad-hoc basis e.g. they introduced gratuity deduction just after my joining to company and thus reduced salary package.Another one, that They deducted salary even after notice of election commission about leave on election day in Delhi. Appraisal cycle delayed by 8-9 months.

      Nothing. Maybe the location. Walking distance from bus stop.

      Cons

      Extremely pathetic work environment. Poor management. Poor HR policies. You don't even get your paid leaves for the first year. No work from home, even during an emergency. Pathetic leadership. Forced to give positive reviews on the Glassdoor and Ambition box. Please stay from here!!!.
