      None. Not even a single pros

      Cons

      Relatives and "some" (may be one or few) Illiterate peoples are leading there. They don't even write their name properly, not even pronounce their names properly. Being a technical post graduate, I faced lot of issues there. there is no work exposure. You cannot learn anything new. Now coming to the appraisal point, they always make an excuse and try to delay it by 3 to 6 months more after completion of 1 year. Pathetic.!!!

      Thank you for your feedback. We take accusations of Nepotism very seriously, and I believe this review to contain numerous inaccuracies. We may operate very much like a family, but our employees are hired based solely on experience and the value they will bring to the business. We very much value all our employees and all care is made to ensure we are providing the best possible working environment.

      Company culture great. Given license to really affect change with the decisions you make. Heading in a good direction.

      Moves at quite a fast pace so you have to be able to adapt

      Pros

      The support and management team are second to none. There is great spirit in the office with everyone driving to a common goal. It;s genuinely fun being here and never feels like a chore

      None that I can think of!
