I’ve had a very positive experience working with this company as a Virtual Assistant from the Philippines. The team is supportive, respectful, and truly values remote workers. Communication is clear, expectations are well-defined, and there’s trust given to employees to manage their time and responsibilities.

As with most remote roles, time zone differences can sometimes be challenging, but the team is generally understanding and accommodating.

I was impressed with their commitment to work-life balance. Despite working in three different time zones and being available 24 hours a day, they still manage to allow their employees to choose their preferred shifts. This was a huge relief for me, as I have personal commitments that require me to work at specific times. Overall, I highly recommend Leopard.fyi for their dedication to both their clients and their employees' well-being.
