Pros

None other than the fact you can work remotely.

Cons

In a time where company culture, transparency and ensuring employees feel valued are at the top of everyones list, Leoforce drops the ball outrageously in all three categories. Not only is the product broken (never seems to work and customer retention is horrific), but instances where promised and expected performance and cost of living bonuses are just not given to employees without any heads up are seen as not a big deal to leadership (if you could call them leaders). There is ZERO training, zero sales enablement of any kind, and the content that Marketing attempts to put out are laughable. There seemed to be no common sense from a Product perspective, as things were added and removed without any heads up to Sales/Account Management or any training on how things worked. In a nutshell, it is a group of people that have no real pulse on the industry, and continue to over-complicate the product instead of keeping things user-friendly and simple. Lastly, it was normal and acceptable for our CRO to threaten the Sales team that they would be fired, and that he would gladly "show us the door if we weren't bought in". I could go on, but he was a classic example of bad/toxic leadership you see articles about on LinkedIn. He even spoke to Directors/leadership inappropriately, with rude comments and a condescending and aggressive tone. A normal Zoom meeting with him would be him talking non-stop of 45 minutes, with everyone on the Sales team sitting in silence because no one could believe they were actually hearing this during a professional work setting. This is just a snippet of what it was like to work there, and I would highly recommend anyone interested in the HR Tech industry stays far away from here. It's a sinking ship with blind and irresponsible captains. If this review does any justice, it would be to educate someone who wasn't sure what it was like behind the scenes so they could steer far away from this company.

Pros

A great place to work—especially if you have the drive to grow personally and professionally while aligning with the organization’s vision of transforming hiring processes for both employers and job seekers. It’s a people-oriented company, with a product suite built to meet the evolving needs of recruiters and candidates in real-world hiring scenarios. If you're passionate about creating impact and learning in a fast-moving environment, this is a space that supports and rewards that mindset.

Cons

Nothing specific to highlight at the moment. I strongly believe in self-learning—when you're not focused on growth, it becomes easy to only notice flaws. With the right mindset, every environment has something valuable to offer.

Pros

some employees are remote but have now gone back on that original agreement and are making them come in the office.

Cons

Lots of good people here with track records of success, focused on growth, have a positive outlook, and trying to make things happen, who they recruit to join, but the company doesn't have have the leadership, direction, coaching, product or structure to enable their success and ability to deliver on a consistent basis to hit their very lofty goals. It is not worth a company change to come here and struggle and be let go months later. They absolutely do not value their people at all, despite being a "people company." They churn through new hires thinking they are the problem, never solving the root cause that stagnates the org and prevents true growth. Don't give up a stable job for this.
