Pros
Now for the record I did not work for the company trading under this name, I worked for the precursor to this company "Athena Innovations" (however they are the same company same management and staff).
The pros are the lessons I learnt have proven invaluable in my career after moving on. They will teach you how to sell things and there are people who are very good at it and once you understand the lessons can be used outside of f-2-f sales it will prove invaluable in your life.
Cons
They advocate a long work week with maybe 10+ hours a day in the field, now this on its own is not a bad thing if you can lean to separate work thought from personal thoughts, but if you can't and there was things playing on your mind it can effect sales and begin to snowball downhill on you.
Pay is 100% commission, again not necessarily a bad thing but for the previous reason I've put it here as it can make personal life hard and with the massive push for more and more it can become degrading seeing others do well and not yourself.
Not 100% clear on the job role. Now there are some reviews about companies similar to this that say that they were never told that it is 100% commission based which is not true as they do say "We work on a 100% performance based system, so the more you put in the more you get out." Now this is not untrue but it does not describe the pay structure as accurately as possible.
Last of all is the culture of not talking about the negatives, now I understand that sharing every negative thought to everyone is not helpful to yourself or those around you, but having a culture of just ignore it isn't helpful either as those negatives will build up and even if it is your team leader that you talk to, talking to someone will help both you and the business.
