      Pros

      -the People are great -everyone is very helpful -the boss is very understanding and wants to be your friend

      Cons

      - sales commission only - you have to pay for your own gas to get places - no benefits - a lot of gossip like high school

Regarding your cons list and advice to management, we are a merit-based business, and to a degree, your pay is determined by your work ethic.       Fair Dinkum Direct provided an amazing work opportunity through both professional and personal development. Focusing on leadership, growth, and company culture. They have built an exceptional team of motivated, positive, and inspiring individuals. This is the perfect place for anyone looking to bring their lives to the next level. Starting at entry level and going through the management training program and be able to run the entire firm one day is a fantastic business model that I have only seen here!

      There’s no cons in my opinion, but this is not the career path for everyone. If you are willing to bet on yourself day in and day out then you are in the right place!
