Pros

-inclusive for white, cis men

Cons

Lenus lives against every single one of the values that they preach and expect your tenure to be short. One of the main causes for burnout is going against your values for a prolonged period of time. Expect to be burnout because Lenus lives AGAINST their values more often than they live their values. Let’s go This value is their disguise for hustle culture Sales team is known to say “there are no weekdays, just days”- expect to work yourself to the bone all hours of the day, all days of the week with little reward and being paid below industry standards. Negativity in the office because everyone is discouraged from being mismanaged all the time by incompetent leaders. Stay ahead Leadership is consistently reactive instead of proactive. They randomly invent new initiatives overnight and create an unnecessary sense of urgency that creates stress amongst junior level employees for no reason Other platform competitors have surpassed Lenus tech by light years- making it impossible to sell the product. Sales leaders blame the sales team- instead of supporting the sales team or solving the root cause with the product team. When you miss your signing target because of this, you will be fired. Team over ego Expect your co-workers to go behind your back and take your accounts and then be fired for missing target. Be Curious Absolutely no time to innovate because of busy work leadership will assign you on top of all of your unrealistic targets. Leaders have absolutely no experience and just talk their way to the top, they don’t invest in hiring leaders that have actual industry experience. Spread trust Leadership consistently makes junior level employees a scapegoat for their mismanagement and the toxic culture Sales team is consistently punished for the failure of leaders and other departments- expect to be fired or be put on a performance plan within a year of joining the team. They will burn you out, use you for your work and they will fire you.
