Pros
401-K plan, compensation, benefits. I can't think of any other pros, but I want to make the 20 word minimum, so I've added a few extra words to satisfy the minimum requirement.
Cons
No company parties, no meaningful communications to employees other than "get your timesheet in on time", no interest in what issues the customer is facing (I worked on customer site), no introductions to executives or other employees, no vision, no path to something better, no discussions about better ways to proceed as a company. Total communication void.
