Pros
To be honest there aren't too many at this point. Free lunch and breakfast once a week during the busy season?
Cons
Nepotism is rampant, and leadership has been a consistent issue. As LR has grown rapidly over the past two years, these issues have become unbearable.
Roles lack clear definitions, and some are inaccurately described, leading to confusion and inefficiency.
Consideration for the average employee is virtually nonexistent. Raises are not based on improvement, performance, or any trackable metrics; instead, they are solely determined by the CEO's arbitrary decisions. These raises are laughably below the national average, despite the company servicing the entire U.S.
As I type this, I realize the problems are too numerous to mention. If you're a college student looking for a decent job where you can access some cool gear and don't mind mandatory overtime, this might be suitable for you.
However, if you have a degree and are seeking a professional environment where you can grow your skills, advance in your career, and be fairly compensated, DO NOT APPLY. Your career will stall, and you may even regress. This is the most unorganized and inconsiderate workplace I have ever experienced. You will be disappointed.
