Regional managers completely disconnected from retail stores. Barking orders 24:7. Constantly on a weekly basis pivoting and changing communication and expectations. Zero support to fill vacant roles even from recruiters that get paid to find talent. Stores struggling to fill roles them selves with lack of support from company. Senior manager constantly speaking to “ empower, encourage, lead” but FAIL THEMSELVES. Completely contradicting themselves
