- no work life balance (they tout it but from the top executives to the store managers it is NOT present) - pay scales lower than market value and not consistent with experience or location - ever changing metrics (commission structure changed 3x in 2 years and NOt in favor of employee) - constant software/technology outages -micromanagement beyond comprehension (round robin reading on daily 1 hr conference calls to ensure managers are paying attention, roll call on daily conference calls and on zone monthly calls (roll call takes over an hour on this one :( ) - making your YTD sales plan and achieving all KPI’s yields <$1.20 raise - they don’t even give %to equal cost of living much less for overachieving sales plan - inconsistent daily messaging regarding sales priorities and brand expectations - asinine unattainable goals so making bonus is out of reach (though they sell you on “total package” in salary negotiations. - corporate bullying. Like I have never seen in any company if you stand up to an executive who you witness bullying a colleague on multiple occasions
