      If the coworkers and the management staff branch are good then it’s a big part of it. Technology is more advance then some of the competitors

      Pay is low Schedules are not work life balance friendly

      Cons

      Very tight window for expected time on certain in-house jobs. Lab no longer at the Monterey location. Steep learning curve.
