Pros
Flexible hours. Good starting pay. They have a very good structure with training and education in optics as well as sales and customer service. They highly value the importance of continuing education. They have great benefits including tuition reimbursement. Always a step ahead in the optic business.
Cons
Pay could be a little better. They promote annually but the raise isn't that great. During slow months, they cut hours.
