Managers that always have employees' backs. Great way to learn about the optical industry. Incentives for hitting sales goals as a store team.
Cons
Irate customers who are paying so much for their glasses that they feel like they can treat you like a dog. Either as crazy as a zoo or completely empty. Weekend and retail hours are unpredictable.
