The pay is too little for the amount of skills your required to have, optic and sales. Required to work every weekend Required to meet sales quota every week, and if your store makes it you get a lousy $3 per unit you sold, if store doesn't make it you get $.50. Working hours are not consistent enough to make a decent living. The company doesn't give any incentives when store makes monthly goal. You are better off working at a doctors office , you don't have to worry about goals and daily pointless training.
