      Free pair of Rx glasses every year, free adjustments, cleanings, discount coupons for family and friends.

      Cons

      Too much selling to people who may not be able to afford expensive eyecare. They used to have great selling incentives, not so much now.

      Very tight window for expected time on certain in-house jobs. Lab no longer at the Monterey location. Steep learning curve.
