      Good start for opticians, good connections, mostly great coworkers

      Cons

      Poor management, poor hour flexibility, had to fight to maintain 40 hours by jumping between 4 stores

      Cons

      Very tight window for expected time on certain in-house jobs. Lab no longer at the Monterey location. Steep learning curve.
