Major disconnect from top management to the actual workforce. Unrealistic theoretical thinking. Somebody needs to teach them that statistics never run the company. No wonder this company has the maximum drop out rate of customers among all of the optical retailers in the world. This place is good if u leave your brain at home and become a robot for your shifts.
