Good place to learn if you are new to optics
Cons
Horrible place to work. The company is always moving directions not really seeing the negative effects it has on its employees. Retail seems to have it in their minds that the lab can do everything for them on top of their own tasks that have to accomplish. Too much, not really worth it if you want to stay in the field of optics.
