Challenging and active work. Constantly learning and growing, fun to help people with vision needs.
Cons
Very minimal employee incentives. Commission is almost nothing and almost unattainable. There is a points reward system as well, and after over two years I have enough points to earn a 4 oz bottle of sunscreen. Also, these points are pre- taxed and deducted from your paycheck, even if you don't use them. Very low pay as well. Management will hire new employees at higher pay than existing leadership out of desperation to get them in the door. After battling for a raise for months, still making less than a Taco Bell employee.
