      Great place to learn. Easy step by step learning curve. Fun toys to play with.

      Cons

      No loyalty to employees. NO HOURS. The commission ruins the team unity. Too much bickering and fighting.

      Very tight window for expected time on certain in-house jobs. Lab no longer at the Monterey location. Steep learning curve.
