good people, flexible hours and decent benefits are some of the best qualities of the company.... they had a good training program as well.

Cons

no movement within company, as you have to go through training in order to become an optician to earn decent pay... limited jobs available.

Very tight window for expected time on certain in-house jobs. Lab no longer at the Monterey location. Steep learning curve.
