      Great leadership. Many opportunities for development. Networking due to having high end clients. Great starting pay during college. $13-$15/hr.

      Really high expectations. There's always goals. You're really pushed and it's not for everyone.

      Very tight window for expected time on certain in-house jobs. Lab no longer at the Monterey location. Steep learning curve.
