      Pros

      Employees get a quarterly discount on frames and lenses. After each year with the company, employees also receive a stipend towards a new pair of glasses. Free eye exam once a year.

      Cons

      Not too many other than that the location really matters if you're expecting to receive bonuses.

      Very tight window for expected time on certain in-house jobs. Lab no longer at the Monterey location. Steep learning curve.
