Pros

It is a very nice place to work. You will always have an excellent opportunity to learn various things while enjoying the job . The coordination among the employees will make you comfortable while projecting your creativity towards the growth of the company.

Cons

There is not much cons I find here .The only thing I like to mention is that the weak internet connection .

Pros

I wish I could think of something. If you're a Odhiya, you can make it here

Cons

They claim to be an 11-year-old company and still a startup. 1. Very unhygienic, even if you want tissues or water the employees have to go get it themselves. 2. The salary is paid in installments and usually post 15th 3. The "founder", is very arrogant and is never open to ideas 4. They hire you for one position and make you do whatever work is available 5. Very underpaid and they exploit you in the name of internship and exposure 6. No Vision, change of plan every alternate day 7. No communication, important matters are discussed over WhatsApp 8. Salary is transferred over Google Pay 9. No benefits 10. No holidays/ records/ pay-slips until demanded, which will be provided post 20 days-30 days 11. They force employees to write positive reviews online as soon as join the company The list never ends

Pros

Only Pros is if you are from Odhisa and you personally know the Head

Cons

Extremely Unprofessional, No proper office timings, No Bonus, No leave policy no provident fund, you are expected to work 10 - 12 hours daily, they will fix timings but they themselves will break it, workplace extremely unhealthy, unhygienic, dirty, unfriendly, no time for family, you need to know Odhiya language if you have to survive here else you will get stressed with their constant and loud noisy chatter in their native language, and the Head of the Company is extremely unprofessional and Childish with a very bad attitude
