Opportunities to learn and grow. As a client facing employee, also have opportunities to serve and preset to clients face-to-face. Can learn how to work with clients as someone new to sales. Also has great opportunities to grow as a seasoned sales person.
Cons
Limited chances to meet and work with colleagues in regions. Not enough opportunities to see colleagues who work in other parts of the country face-to-face; can make employees in the regions feel isolated.
