      Good Products ( ThinkPad is a great product) Flexible work schedule (if you come in early, you can leave early)

      Cons

      Low Pay Moral low Greedy management "Sweat shop" like atmosphere- people stacked on top of each other to save a buck 50% workforce is contract (save $) No opportunities for growth No training No recognition Micro managed (daily activity quota)

      Great culture and teams, management is always very supportive and they want to help you grow in your career and make sure you never lose alone

      Cons

      None that I can think of that wouldn't be any different from challenges from similar companies in the current environment

      Good pay, interesting projects to work on, good colleagues

      Cons

      A person's experience greatly impacted by the leadership his/her team is under. Generally, there's a solid culture in spite of high demands. The wrong leadership chain create toxicity that even great pay and bonuses can't overcome
