      - High expectations, yet poor education once in specified role, and ultimately lack clarity leads to failure - One's experience varies greatly based on which team you end up on - Poor manager accountability, fault falls on employees, firings happen, problem doesn't get fixed, and the cycle continues - Fire-happy company, more interested on who to fire than resolving the issue, and hiring new people only to keep up with the same poor habits

      Absolutely love my team, people, culture, and work events. Genuinely I can't think of any cons. 3 days in-person, 2 days remote. Best work life balance ever, and great pay. Even intern benefits are amazing

      Company is very slow to change. Executive leadership does not care about employee work-life balance at all. Was routinely expected to be on calls as early as 6AM and as late as midnight on the same day. When I raised concerns about sustainability, I was put on a PIP
