      Pros

      There are not many from the x86 server side. Overall they do take care of their employees. Lenovo will be successful but during this time of transition it is rough and moral is not good.

      Cons

      Lenovo is going through a business model change and a new direction for the x86 Server division. There have been layoffs every qtr since IBM's x86 server business moved to Lenovo and it will remain brutal until the business becomes profitable again.

      Company is very slow to change. Executive leadership does not care about employee work-life balance at all. Was routinely expected to be on calls as early as 6AM and as late as midnight on the same day. When I raised concerns about sustainability, I was put on a PIP
