      Pros

      Decisive, fast moving despite being a larger IT company. Pay is competitive to the industry. They lead the market in Intel personal systems arena. It is nice to work for the market leader.

      Cons

      They took on a lot in 2014 with the acquisition of IBM Intel and Motorola, lots of changes. Hard to say if manage knows what they are really doing from a strategy perspective.

      Lenovo will strive to continue to be the market leader. We are a fast moving company with a focus on our transformation to PC+. Some difficult decisions were made that negatively affected our staff recently. We do not take decisions like that lightly.       Absolutely love my team, people, culture, and work events. Genuinely I can't think of any cons. 3 days in-person, 2 days remote. Best work life balance ever, and great pay. Even intern benefits are amazing

      Good place to work overall, kind people. Generally competent practitioners

      Company is very slow to change. Executive leadership does not care about employee work-life balance at all. Was routinely expected to be on calls as early as 6AM and as late as midnight on the same day. When I raised concerns about sustainability, I was put on a PIP
