      Pros

      Good benefits, pay, flexibility. Some teams are good, but they are just 5%.

      Cons

      Company has no strategy or direction. Lots of politics and if you are super dumb, you have good chance of staying here longer. Only a few talented people. Typical China heavy work culture where politics and boot-licking prevails. Multiple layoffs describe the nature of job stability. Stay away from this joke of a company.

      Company is very slow to change. Executive leadership does not care about employee work-life balance at all. Was routinely expected to be on calls as early as 6AM and as late as midnight on the same day. When I raised concerns about sustainability, I was put on a PIP
