Morale declining - Hardware Assurance Lenovo Employee Review

Not sure we'd agree. Although it is true that Lenovo has needed to make some necessary changes, we needed to do so to set us up for long term success. The confidence of most of our employees is strong...and although we may be experiencing short term challenges, we have the long term view in mind. We have succeeded in the past with a long term view and we intend to do the same again. We certainly do have a plan, and one out of 6 of our hires are internal. Thank you for your comment.
