      Systems and processes are a joke for an industry leading company, Management speaks out of both sides of their mouth when it comes to support (there is none). There is no loyalty or value given to employees at all. No class laying off BIG right before Christmas

      Company is very slow to change. Executive leadership does not care about employee work-life balance at all. Was routinely expected to be on calls as early as 6AM and as late as midnight on the same day. When I raised concerns about sustainability, I was put on a PIP
