Pros

1. The only 3 global PC vendors still exist in the world. 2. Organization keeps growing and always has opportunities within company.

Cons

1. Long working hour/ average to below average pay. 2. Reorg frequently, can hardly to do any long term planning. 3. Very bad bonus for non-sales plan exployees after acquisition of Moto and IBM-X.

First, thanks for your 8 years of service. This is good feedback. Due to the changing needs of the market, Lenovo must stay ahead of the curve. Sometimes this mean we must reshape or organizations to deliver the best products quickly. Although change can be difficult, it is necessary to be successful. Our happiest employees are those that accept change as the norm. It does present challenges keeping up with who is leading which org, but the results have been hard to argue with. Things should settle down, as this last year we shifted from a PC company to PC+, acquired IBM's X86 server business and Motorola Mobility....that is a lot of change! Regarding bonus. Lenovo is known to pay good bonuses. Unfortunately, you may have been in a very specific area that didn't do well. We do not expect that to continue.

Pros

Absolutely love my team, people, culture, and work events. Genuinely I can't think of any cons. 3 days in-person, 2 days remote. Best work life balance ever, and great pay. Even intern benefits are amazing

Cons

None that I can think of

Pros

Interesting work, good benefits, talented colleagues

Cons

Terrible manager behavior, terrible work-life balance, with no recourse or support for employees. I joined and quickly found that the ED I reported to had no experience in the area he oversaw, would not listen to anyone who had experience, was mean to his team members, and set wildly unrealistic expectations without any clear direction or consistency. Bullying, meanness and pointless criticism were the norm, while leadership was completely lacking. And if you work on the Digital Transformation team, expect to spend from 8PM-11PM at night and early morning on calls, with little regard for sleep or work-life balance. The worst part was finding out that the HR team was already well aware of all these problems with my ED (the two other managers under him quit), and the leadership team had no intention of making any changes. So disappointing.
