      Thanks for your input. We do have a nice cafeteria and great location. We are currently in a rare large Server acquisition that must be transformed to become successful for the long term. Our intention is to build a fully sustainable profitable business that is beneficial to our employees long term.

      Company is very slow to change. Executive leadership does not care about employee work-life balance at all. Was routinely expected to be on calls as early as 6AM and as late as midnight on the same day. When I raised concerns about sustainability, I was put on a PIP
