      Great Energy On the Up - Clear Strategy Fantastic Products Flat Management Structure Small enough to be Friendly vs large blue chips DELL/HP

      Grown very Fast - Resource issues need to be worked on. Legacy IBM Back Office Systems are not fit for purpose in some instances. Still learning vs Other Tier 1 players

      A person's experience greatly impacted by the leadership his/her team is under. Generally, there's a solid culture in spite of high demands. The wrong leadership chain create toxicity that even great pay and bonuses can't overcome
