      Salaries and benefits. Opportunity to work with some smart and talented people.

      Cons

      Upper management came from IBM and brought a lot of bureaucratic practices with them. There are way too many meetings with many teleconferences being at night with colleagues in Asia. The organizational structure is cumbersome and top heavy with decision making pushed to the top. The PC business is one of the toughest on the planet and Lenovo is not set up for quickly responding to the unrelenting techhnology and market changes

      I love working here and making a difference. Direct leadership seem to care and we have been growing tremendously.

      A person's experience greatly impacted by the leadership his/her team is under. Generally, there's a solid culture in spite of high demands. The wrong leadership chain create toxicity that even great pay and bonuses can't overcome
